1. When will registration open?

Registration for EWDSC 2015 is now open. To register, please click here.

2. How can I pay for the conference?

The accepted payment methods are debit/credit card online, direct bank transfer or cash. Please see our terms and conditions for more information on each.

3. When should I pay for the conference?

All payments must be received prior to the conference. If paying by debit or credit card online, you will need to pay upon registration. If you have chosen one of the other payment methods, please refer to our terms and conditions for the deadlines associated with each one.

4. Are meals included?

Yes, there will be two coffee breaks, one networking lunch and one evening reception each day. Please check the agenda for preliminary times.

5. My booking is eligible for an additional team discount. How and when will this be applied?

This discount will be applied automatically upon registration. Please note that you will need to pay the full balance for all your team members at once in order for the additional discount to apply.

6. What will I receive in advance?

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with full details on your chosen agenda. Please print this or have it ready on your smartphone/tablet and take it with you to the registration desk on your first day in order to collect your pass. You will also be automatically signed up to the EWDSC Newsletter and will receive immediate updates on any changes to the conference.

7. When will I receive my conference materials?

A conference programme and handouts will be distributed at Registration & Pass Collection on the first morning of the conference. If you have only registered for an individual day or panel, you will receive your materials when you collect your pass. These materials will also be available after the end of the conference on the EWDSC website. You will be provided with access details at the conference and/or via e-mail.

8. Can I register for an additional day/panel/reception at the conference venue?

Yes, you will be able to register for additional days, panels or receptions at the venue, however please note that the payment methods available onsite will be much more limited than in advance of the event. Please contact one of our registration staff at the venue, who will be happy to help.

9. Is travel and accommodation included?

No, however we are offering specially reduced rates at some nearby 5* hotels for delegates of EWDSC 2015. You will be able to view these rates once you have completed your registration. For more information on the hotels, please see our Venue & Accommodation page. You will need to make your own travel arrangements.

10. How can I get to the venue?

Full details on the location of the Central Military Club, transport means and parking can be found on the Venue & Accommodation page. Also, all of our specially selected hotels are within walking distance from the venue. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

11. What do I do when I get there?

On your first morning at the conference, please take your confirmation to the registration desk where you will be provided with your pass for your selected agenda and conference materials. Your pass will have a barcode on it that is individual to you and will be scanned on entry and exit, so you will be able to use the same pass for the duration of the event.

12. How many delegates will be at the conference?

This varies for each conference. Please do ask our registration staff if you would like us to assist in facilitating a meeting with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the event.

13. Is there a dress code?

The dress code at the conference is business casual, although most delegates usually come in business attire.

14. Will I receive any information from you in the mail?

After the conference, from time to time, you may receive materials on related topics.
